East/West Midlands and Wales

Star OUTiCO is partnering with an amazing client who is a global leader in advancing human health and well-being through knowledge-based and innovative medical device solutions. We are currently recruiting for a wonderful opportunity as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales within the designated territory, covering the East/West Midlands and Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and maximize revenue and profitability in the designated territory (East/West Midlands and Wales)
  • Develop and maintain high-level customer relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts, including surgeons, consultant Neonatologists, KOLs, healthcare professionals, buyers, finance leads, and procurement managers
  • Manage existing accounts and ensure continued business growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to achieve objectives and maintain a territory business plan aligned with company goals
  • Increase the profile of company brands, focusing on clinical sales in areas such as Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery, Respiratory Medicine, Intensive Care, Trauma, General Surgery, Neonatology, Maternity, and other relevant departments

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Medical Device sales experience (preferably in Capital Equipment)
  • Solid background in maintaining customer relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
  • BSc in Human Biology or another relevant field
  • Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK
