About the role:
To provide clinical training and support to Sales Representatives in all phases of the sales cycle within a hospital theatre setting. In addition the successful candidate will provide training and support to surgeons in clinical use of company products.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and support sales targets to sales force
- Provide clinical support and assistance to surgeons and sales force
- Promote the correct use of products and instruments
- Support the product presentations
- Report any product issues, safety alerts, recalls and any problem relating to product management
- Notify to the Management any suggestion for product or process improvement
- Updating knowledge of new developments in the Health Service Executive (HSE), anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business
- Organise and conduct trainings, surgical/theatre participation and workshops
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelors Degree (preferably in Science disclipline)
- Flexibility
- Communication skills
- Understanding of surgical techniques
- Knowledge of orthopaedic products and instrument
- Knowledge of the behavioral rules that must be followed in the operating room
