Multi-channel account management is the smart way to engage with HCPs in today’s world – it is salesforce effectiveness in the 21st century. We communicate with HCPs via their preferred sales channel, providing more access options and opportunities for our clients. Our innovative sales approach offers an alternative to the traditional route of face-to-face selling, whether it’s email, telephone, or screen sharing, we offer a flexible approach to deliver the best results.
To succeed in this role you’ll need relevant experience in a key account management role, or similar, and be ABPI qualified. You will have a proven track record of succeeding as a Hospital Specialist, and have the ability to influence pathways too. You’ll be results driven, with excellent communication and decision-making skills, and have the ability to adapt to new systems and technology.
As a high-performing, multi-channel communicator, you’ll join us in educating HCPs about alternative ways to communicate, putting their preferences at the heart of everything you do.
