Location: Camberley
Our client is a leader in diabetes care technology, through their glucose monitoring portfolio, they work to simplify and improve diabetes management globally. Since their inception, their goal has been clear to improve patient outcomes and empower their community to take control of diabetes.
The right candidate will be responsible for managing sales and hitting targets set out by our client and is driven to deliver excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieving monthly objectives for converting leads and contributing to the new patient and revenue targets
- Liaising with field territory managers on sales opportunities in the relevant region
- Providing guidance and advice on a portfolio of product offerings
- Tracking sales and fulfilling the order process from start to shipment
- Effectively communicating with the Field Team to support sales opportunities
- Supporting all elements of delivering exceptional customer service
Traits of an ideal candidate:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Relevant customer service/telesales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and competent with CRM systems
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to remain focused on task at hand
- Knowledge of the therapy area is ideal
- Good understanding of the NHS, CCG and Health Boards structure
