Star Outico is partnering with an amazing client who is a leading Dermatology company in the pharmaceutical industry dedicated to taking care of life by designing and developing innovative solutions in patient care.
We are recruiting a wondering opportunity for a Pharmacy Field Sales Consultant! The successful candidate will provide education, training and visual merchandising support in selected independent and Key Pharmacy Accounts within the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- To become familiar with the geography of the territory and identify grade target customers, both existing and potential and develop an efficient journey call plan
- Following the territory planning, conduct sales calls at the required frequency and using the relevant elements from the training course, marketing updates and carry out pre-call planning and preparation
- Work cross-functionally with Pharmacy Account Manager and other Field Sales Consultants to increase sales performance within select accounts
- Analyse sales data and proactively implement areas of potential and improvement, utilising data to support changes and measure success
- Maintain a high level of market knowledge, trend and competitor awareness; providing feedback where necessary
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Previous sales experience in the health and beauty/pharmacy market
- An effective communicator with exceptional presentation skills
- The ability to effectively manage tactical and strategic training activities
- Have a valid drivers licence
