Regional Business Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturer, specialising in a variety of high-quality, cost-effective products that meet the needs of patients and healthcare professionals.

Our client is seeking a passionate and tenacious individual with a drive to succeed and strong business acumen to drive sales performance across the region. The role is a mixture of leading a sales team and customer-facing with key KOLs and CCGs.

RBM Main Duties:

  • Ownership of Sales Team performance; driving the team to exceed agreed sales and market share targets
  • Lead and develop the Sales Team to deliver performance targets
  • Ownership of Sales Team development; coaching the team on selling skills and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to secure strategy implementation and operational plans for products

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Proven leadership skills and experience working with various customers (CCG, STP, PCN etc.) to deliver sales impact
  • Experience selling Dermatology/Branded Generics, preferable but not essential
  • Access to NHS stakeholders at PCN, CCG, STP level
  • Able to deliver against company sales objectives
  • Able to identify market trends and interpret this data into growth opportunities
