Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Store communication in written and verbal formats
  • Lead the weekly/monthly management meetings
  • Collate meeting notes and distribute action list to relevant departments and follow up where necessary
  • Liaise and collaborate with all relevant departments in ensuring all actions are delivered
  • Collation of store queries/feedback and providing assistance in a timely manner
  • Supporting store Territory Managers with administration tasks/requests
  • Compile monthly suite of KPIs and provide detailed analysis on findings and action plans
  • Answering phone calls and email queries on a day to day basis
  • Manage and maintain good working relationships with third party service providers
  • Project manage the integration of all new pharmacies into the symbol group
  • Key account manager for coordinating Mystery Shop service provider and manage the initiative throughout the year
  • Key account manager for Territory Manager recording tool including managing third party relationship, updating the system where required and being super user of the system
  • Review and approve rebranding plans for new pharmacies and work with contractors to ensure compliance
  • Proactively support stores in achieving and exceeding store targets and KPIs
  • Organising and attending internal and external meetings/events
  • Diary Management
  • Database Management
  • Manage store consumables (uniforms, name badges, bags etc)
  • Support the operational set up and communications regarding the customer loyalty programme
  • Support Life Operations manager in any ad hoc tasks
  • Work with the Territory Manager team and be available to support and cover store visits if required
  • Any other operational projects as requested

Qualification, experience and skills required:

  • Retail experience preferred
  • Administrative office experience required
  • Enthusiastic with initiative and commitment

  • Excel, word and Power point preferable.
