An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Territory Manager to join this fast-growing team.
The Territory Manager is required to promote, sell, and ensure formulary compliance for products in our client’s range, in both the acute and community for the defined Sales Territory to ensure sales targets are achieved. This is a field-based role which will include booking own meetings and selling products face to face, over video call, and on the phone to Health Care Professionals. Main Responsibilities:
- To form a link between the Company and its customers through identification of success factors and possible problem areas
- To develop the image and profile of the Company to their customers through knowledge of the Sales, Marketing & Clinical strategy, and use of corporate selling tools
- To manage and develop the individual Sales territory through analysis of available sales and marketing data
- To organise and manage customer meetings, study days and exhibitions within the territory
- Maintain up to date records for all Key Prospects
- Close working with the Business Development Manager & Clinical Nurse Advisor within the Region to ensure all hospital and community Formularies are secured and fully compliant
- Ensure that customer rcords are always kept up to date and call reports are always uploaded on the same day as the visit
- Attend all meetings as required by the company, maintaining a highly professional manner and appearance throughout
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Medical device sales experience preferable
- Proven selling skills with a record of success, presentation skills, planning and organisational skills, and interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to learn and process technical information relating to disease area and device technology
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Full driving licence
