Star OUTiCO is recruiting for a Virtual Sales Area Business Manager! Our client is a provider of interveinal devices to the NHS and private healthcare sector. They select recognized, clinically effective devices that are cost-effective and improve patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will be in charge of maximizing sales of the company’s portfolio through virtual and telephone sales. You will be required to maintain and grow existing business as well as identifying new opportunities where possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and building customer relationships
- Evaluating competitors and their products responding proactively to market changes and external influences
- Developing business plans for retention of existing customers and identify new customers and sales opportunities
- Meeting agreed sales targets, business objectives and deadlines
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- A confident communicator over video calling, telephone and in face-to-face scenarios
- The ability to work with others / build relationships
- Previous success creating business plans to develop customer base/meet objectives
- Able to make appropriate decisions relating to the role
- Proficient in MS Office and video conferencing software
- Good analytical skills
- A Biomedical Science degree/qualification
- Based close to Sheffield
