A client was looking to drive CAR-T therapy within defined geographies with limited referrals, and were also needing additional resource to come from candidates with relationships across difficult to access Referral Treatment Centres (RTCs).
Their preference was for a six-month pilot with an immediate resource, with three additional heads to support their current KAM team.
We knew right from the outset that this was a challenging project as the client needed specific skillsets, experience, and HCP networks to improve accessibility for their brand.
Working with a very specific brief on candidate experience, Star OUTiCO were able to effectively map our current candidates available immediately with Haematology/ Oncology contacts across defined territories, and present applicants within one week of receiving the brief.
Weekly progress updates and meetings were arranged to ensure the project remained on track as per our client’s timeframes. Internal briefings were also coordinated across the Recruitment team to align objectives and share knowledge.
Interviews were coordinated within two weeks of brief and first role filles within three weeks with an immediate start. The candidate in question was able to work across two combined territories which significantly reduced the client’s expenditure.
Two further roles were filled within six weeks of receiving the brief.
