Star OUTiCO were approached by a new client who had recently launched a product but were struggling with a flattening sales line. 

Solution

Star OUTiCO worked to develop CCG relationships and rapidly grow internal networks, utilising neighbouring networks to influence decision-making. The team worked to understand CCG priorities and focus on driving the solution forward, and then agreed a brand conversion strategy with the client, as well as a dynamic implementation plan.

At all times, Star OUTiCO ensured that the client was provided with ongoing support to navigate the changing situation.
