Solution
Star OUTiCO worked to develop CCG relationships and rapidly grow internal networks, utilising neighbouring networks to influence decision-making. The team worked to understand CCG priorities and focus on driving the solution forward, and then agreed a brand conversion strategy with the client, as well as a dynamic implementation plan.
