Star OUTiCO Ireland were detailing a Wound Care product for a client in the GP Syndicated team. It was identified that there was significant usage of a product in nursing homes. There was a need to gain a greater insight into the GP/Pharmacy/Nursing home relationship. However, both the pharmacy and GP were not forthcoming with nursing home information. The target was high-potential Nursing Homes to develop a stakeholder map of prescribing and dispensing.


There were three main questions that needed to be answered: –

  • What is the name of the local pharmacy?
  • What is the name of the local pharmacist?
  • What is the name of the Lead GP?


Star OUTiCO Ireland delivered over and above on all agreed KPIs, including:
