A client was looking to launch a new product but had limited market access capability in priority CCG / Health Boards, and a short timeframe to gain a positive formulary positioning. 


Star OUTiCO provided data, insight and intelligence to strategically prioritise key customer targets across 25 CCG / Health Boards, and three Multi-Channel Account Managers were deployed. A project focusing on a mixed player group including Medicines Management, Commissioners and Chief Pharmacists was also initiated. 


  • 100% of the 25 CCG / Health Boards positively positioned the product on formulary, with 82% coverage of a cross-functional Payer / HCP target list spanning 30 CCGs
  • 191 Medicines Management contacts were delivered, as well as 101 hospital pharmacy contacts during the life of the project
