The Point of Care nurse network includes a national team of both syndicated and dedicated nurse advisors, supported by a Nurse Management team, providing administration, training, education and support for:
- IV Services (e.g. OPAT, Immunoglobulins, Parental Nutrition)
- Self-administration training and support (e.g. Subcutaneous and Intramuscular therapies)
- Patient Adherence Programmes
- Medical Device Training
- Managed Access Programmes
- Early Access Programmes
- Cannulation (including management of Central Venous Access Devices)
